A person reads every message. We answer questions for free — and if the answer is that you don't need to buy anything from us, we'll say that.
Prefer email?
We aim to reply within two working days. During counselling season it can take longer — if it's urgent and a deadline is involved, say so in the subject line.
Before you write
A lot of common questions are answered on the FAQ and the calendar page. If your question is there, you'll get a faster answer by reading it than by waiting for us.
Never send anyone your exam portal login — including us. We will never ask for it.
What we can't do over email
We can't predict your rank from a screenshot, and we can't build a full choice list in a reply. Those need an actual conversation with your real numbers in front of us.
