Which exams are actually worth writing?
Most students write too few exams, or pay for too many. Answer four questions and see the set that fits you — with the exams you should skip listed just as clearly, and the reason said out loud.

Why the skip list exists
Search for entrance exams and almost every result will hand you a long list. There is a reason for that: the sites listing them are usually paid per application, per lead, or per click through to a form. A longer list is worth more to them than a correct one.
A form is not free. Between the fee, the travel to a centre, the day lost, and the week of attention it pulls away from the exam that actually matters, an unnecessary entrance exam is expensive. Writing eleven exams is not eleven times safer than writing four — it usually means four of them got the preparation they needed and seven got a shrug.
So this tool tells you what to leave out, and why. If it says skip something, argue with the reason it gives you. That is what the reason is there for.
What this tool does not do
It does not predict a date. As of August 2026 no exam body has published a 2027 schedule, so every window here is the pattern from recent years, marked as such. Our calendar page explains what is confirmed and what is not.
It does not tell you whether you will get in. That depends on your rank, and no honest tool can tell you your rank before you sit the exam. Once you have one, the college explorer shows what ranks like yours actually got last year.
It does not cover medicine. NEET is the only legal entrance exam for MBBS in India, so for a medical aspirant the question is not which exams to write but which counselling processes to register for — a different problem, and one we are still building.
Where these facts come from
Each card carries the date we last checked it against the official source, and links straight to that source. Where an official 2027 notification has not appeared, we say so rather than filling the gap with a confident guess.
If a card disagrees with an official website, the official website is right and we are wrong. Tell us and we will fix it.
